PRP for Vaginal Rejuvenation
The Orgasm Shot, or O-Shot® uses Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to stimulate cellular regeneration and tissue repair for feminine rejuvenation. This is a non-surgical, minimally invasive procedure, which is performed by Dr. Cynthia Diehl under local anesthesia to provide complete comfort and relaxation during the treatment.
Like other treatments involving PRP, your blood will be drawn from the arm and spun down in a centrifuge to separate the plasma and platelets from the red blood cells. The red platelets are prepared and then gently injected into the vaginal tissue.
PRP is so effective because it releases growth factors and other proteins to stimulate the vaginal rejuvenation process.
